Under Jannelle’s leadership, the business has evolved into a diversified Indigenous-led organisation, expanding into technology services that align with its proven delivery model. Jannelle Pitt is an Indigenous business leader and founder of Structured Group, bringing over two decades of experience in building trusted client relationships across construction, maintenance and operational services.
Her vision has been to establish a diversified organisation capable of delivering across multiple sectors, while maintaining strong Indigenous leadership, commercial integrity, and contributing to meaningful outcomes aligned with Closing the Gap.
Through her work with government and corporate clients, Jannelle identified a persistent challenge enabling organisations to achieve meaningful Indigenous procurement outcomes within large-scale operational categories.
This insight has guided the evolution of Structured Group. Founded on a core capability in Managed Property Services, the business has been built on a strong operational foundation spanning both project delivery and ongoing maintenance services. From this base, Structured Group has expanded to introduce in-house capabilities across Technology Solutions, Security Integration and Managed Print.
These service lines share a common delivery model structured implementation, ongoing support and long-term client engagement providing clients with a practical and credible pathway to align operational spend with Indigenous procurement objectives.
