Key Achievements
1-5 Little St, Lane Cove, NSW 2066:
Structured Group Team undertook the ambitious redevelopment of 1-5 Little St, transforming a single-level council carpark into a multifaceted urban complex. The project began with the intricate demolition of the existing structure, followed by meticulous bulk and detailed excavation with advanced shoring techniques. We successfully constructed a 5-level council carpark and a 2-level residential carpark, addressing complex engineering challenges to ensure structural integrity and accessibility.
Our team also designed and built a state-of-the-art pedestrian overpass bridge, seamlessly integrating it into the surrounding infrastructure. The project further included the construction and comprehensive fitout of 2 levels of council commercial offices, incorporating modern kitchens and flexible leased floor spaces tailored for diverse commercial tenants. The development featured a grand residential lobby and approximately 6 levels of contemporary residential units, designed to offer premium living spaces.
Throughout the project, we maintained a live site, enabling continuous public access to the basement carpark and ensuring timely delivery of commercial areas, achieving all milestones within stringent deadlines. This project exemplifies our commitment to integrating public utility with residential excellence while maintaining operational continuity.
1-7 Fisher Ave, Pennant Hills, NSW 2120:
On the 1-7 Fisher Ave project, Structured Group Team executed a comprehensive site transformation, starting with the demolition and remediation of a site impacted by a historical fuel leak. Our approach was both methodical and innovative, addressing environmental and safety concerns to prepare the site for new development.
We then constructed a robust 2-level basement designed to support four distinct residential buildings above ground. This development, consisting of 110 sophisticated residential units, was meticulously crafted to foster a sense of community while offering privacy and comfort to residents. The design included expansive common areas, integrating green spaces and modern amenities to enhance the living experience. Our adept handling of site remediation and structural complexities underscores our expertise in managing environmentally sensitive projects while delivering high-quality residential solutions.
246 Coward St, Mascot, NSW 2020:
The development of 246 Coward St presented unique challenges, situated in sandy terrain and close to Sydney’s flight path. The Structured Group team adeptly navigated these complexities, constructing a 13-level residential tower above ground, complemented by 3 subterranean levels. Our engineering team implemented the advanced CSM (Cutter Soil Mixing) walling system, providing robust support and effective groundwater control in a challenging sandy site.
We executed basement tanking to counter the high water table, employing cutting-edge waterproofing technologies to ensure durability and resilience. Additionally, the project’s location necessitated meticulous coordination with Sydney Airport authorities for crane installation, operations, and dismantling. This involved stringent adherence to aviation safety protocols and precise scheduling to avoid disruptions.
This project not only highlights our technical prowess but also our ability to deliver high-rise residential solutions that meet rigorous engineering standards and regulatory requirements. Through innovative construction techniques and strategic collaboration, we delivered a landmark residential tower that stands as a testament to our expertise in urban development.
